We will give you £100 for every 20 EPCs we carry out for you.  All you need to do is register us as your preferred Energy Assessor with your HIP provider/s.  Or work with us direct.  Either way we will create a monthly statement of EPCs and provide you with a payment of £100 each time we complete 20 assessments.

Letting Agents

For every 20 EPCs we carry out for your clients we will provide you with £100.  With your permission we will write to all your landlords with information on EPCs, discounted pricing for multiple property portfolios and the benefits of having EPCs carried out early.
We will provide you with a monthly statement of EPCs carried out for your clients and provide you with £100 for every 20 completed assessments.

Landlords

We will provide significant discounts for carrying out EPCs on multiple property portfolios, further discount will be applied for all EPCs carried out for landlords prior to August 2008.  We can either organise access with your tenants or Letting Agents in order to complete the EPCs or manage them over a phased period to coincide with the end of tenancies.
