Our aim at EPC ASSESSMENTS is to supply a friendly, local and professional service that is second to none.
EPC Assessments initially started life back in 2007 as Energy Assessment Services, run as a Sole Trader before becoming a limited company in 2018.
Started from Neil Tyrie’s passion for the environment and in particular an interest in sustainable building, architecture and our local history, the creation of Energy Assessments limited and the production of Energy Certificates seemed like the ideal way to combine the three.
15 plus years later and with over 10,000 properties surveyed, we still take as much pride and enjoyment in our business as we did when we started.

Government approved and accredited, EPC Assessments are QUIDOS registered; Fully insured under public liability insurance and DBS checked so that you can be assured of quality, professionalism and of course peace of mind.
